- An individual suffering a serious injury at the time of the offense,

Chester County’s RPP Process

- a flat period of incarceration,
- fines and costs,
- electronic monitoring,
- intensive probation supervision,
- community service,

If and when the defendant is permitted admission into the RPP program, they will subjected to a period of house arrest after their incarceration. While on house arrest, the individual will only be permitted to leave the home for court permitted activities such as work, doctor’s appointments, court permitted functions etc. The individual must also have a working telephone line in their dwelling and will be required to report in on a weekly basis.
